That was addressed later in the thread.

Also, you shouldn't be bragging about those punch stats if you are a Pacquiao fan. :hi:

Sorry, I'm at work and cant read all 10 pages. The punch stats are something to brag about considering the opponent was Joshua Clottey. Probably only Margarito landed more punches on him. I doubt Floyd could land that much on that guy who hardly put his hands down.

:lol:Oh please Bradley isn't much of a puncher. His head doesn't count. Who has he knocked out? He's fast but no where near Pacs speed. And if Kendell Holt can put him down. Imagine what Pac is gonna do with him.

Who has Alexander beaten? An easy to hit Urango. The same Urango that was schooled by Hatton and Berto. When has he fought a speedy puncher with tremendous power like Pac? Bad matchup for a young fighter if you ask me.

Also I'm willing to bet that if Pac destroys these guys. The Floyd nuthuggers will say. "Oh they weren't fighting in the right weight class, Pacquiao should fight people his own size".

I wouldn't mind Pacquiao fighting Margorito. Just to see what would happen when Pacquiao faces a fighter that can take his punches. I don't see Pacquiao knocking out Margarito. Mosley did it by outmuscleing Margarito and going to his body. The headshots did the rest. Pacquiao is too small to muscle Margarito around and he's not that great of a body puncher.

Berto is another fight Pacquiao should consider. If Floyd continues to hide behind his drugtest.

Pacquiao out landed Mayweather by 38 punches, but he threw 754 more punches. I don't know if you should be bragging about that. Besides, using compubox numbers are dumb anyway for the simple fact that they are not accurate. It would be impossible to actually count the number of landed punches during an actual fight with this method.

Its not like Pac needed an extra 12 rounds to throw 1200 punches. He threw more punches than Floyd in the same amount of time, and landed more than Floyd in the same amount of time, against someone with better defense than Floyd's opponent..

You're right. He didn't need an extra twelve rounds. He only needed an extra 754 punches. What does rounds have to do with anything? Bragging about Manny landing 38 more punches is ridiculous when he threw 754 more. It doesn't matter if it was twelve rounds or ten. If you throw that many more punches you should land far more than 38 extra punches. That's pretty embarrassing.

Whatever it takes to win...? Fights are won by punches landed and well that's his way of doing it lol. Plus Clottey has huge forearms that go well with that double guard def

wrong, its pretty impressive to be able to throw 1200 in a 12 round fight, not pretty embarassing.

bottom line is that Pacquiao landed more punches, that's the name of the game.

philla..i would expect a fan like yourself, who watches more than just one fighter and watches all of boxing, would know that when comparing those numbers IT DOESNT HELP YOUR ARGUMENT IN ANY WAY WHEN LOOKING AT A POSSIBLE MATCH UP BETWEEN PAC AND MAYWEATHER..

    THERE IS NO COMPARISON
