Yep. The 2003 list is outstanding bar Tarver. 2010 list is weak, especially the Ring's one with Donaire at #4, all it shows is that Mayweather and Pacquiao are head and shoulders above everyone else. There's no real debate there.

    2003 list

Roy Jones has moved upto Heavyweight and defeated Ruiz, moves back dow to 175 and gets a close MD over Tarver. Hopkins wins UD over William Joppy at 160. Mosley gets a gift vs De La Hoya at 154, De La Hoya loses a dodgy decision to Mosley. Mayweather is at 135 coming off wins over Castillo, N'dou and Sosa. Pacquiao TKOs Barerra after 11 one sided rounds at Featherweight....

    2010 version vs 2003 version

    LWW: Bradley vs Tszyu

    Middle: Martinez vs Hopkins

    Welter: Pacquiao vs Mosley

Light-Middle: Williams vs De La Hoya

    Light-Heavy: Dawson vs Jones Jr

    Middle: Williams vs Hopkins

Beat two top five light heavyweights then fought a MD loss to the P4P number one?

Right there is an example of how much better the 2003 list of fighters is. I would think all the 2003 versions of those fighters would be favored in those bouts. Bradley though, I may have favored him in this hypothetical match up.
