:rofl:rofl:nut That's some "bat-****" statement right there. Cotto ain't no bigger draw than Shane. They are about level with their drawing power in the US. For being a NON english speaking american and not one to market heavily in the US outside of NYC he's got a good following. Now he'd probably be a bigger draw if he were from the states, spoke english and was a good as he is.....but he's not and shane has more advantages. But they are pretty equal in drawing power in the US>

mosley was a bees dick away from destroying floyd in the 2 rd. If that was a younger mosley we wouldnt even be talking about this glass chin hype job who was almost exposed. How can anybody call floyd the best ever just amazes me.

I honestly feel Shane is a bigger draw than Cotto in the US, not by much. And I honestly think Floyd is a bigger name in the US.....but not by much.

    Real talk.

Roach also said 5 days before. I will wait for a more credible source if you don't mind.

Sam is from Detriot or Michigan so I can see why he take up for Floyd but he knows I don't always agree with him regarding this topic. None of the fans on either side are going to win unless the fight gets made.. That's the truth. If the fight doesnt happen then this debate will go on for years.:patsch Which is partially why I want this fight to happen.

Shane's the bigger name as far as non-boxing fans go. Everyone has heard of Shane Mosley.

Cotto is the bigger draw with boxing fans who are most likely to purchase/attend fights though.

Easy example is that Mosley/Berto was shaping up to be a box office disaster with 50% of seats still available 2 weeks before the fight at Mandalay. A Cotto fight is always well attended and watched. Can you imagine Mosley fighting Yuri Foreman at Yankee stadium?

    Real talk

Agreed....I don't fault Floyd for doing it. But no one can fault Manny for using the other "wild cards" he has in his hand to benefit him in negotiations.
