I agree with you 100% Just look what he did in last few years. He robbed HATTON against FRAUD JR. He robbed HUMBERTO SOTO against LORENZO. He let MAIDANA to punch CAYO after the bell.
Fighters that don't train, are shot to ****, and have drug problems with no motivation to fight will quit after a certain point. Tyson had a good enough chin to last a long time (despite being out of shape) against Buster Douglas...who McCall claimed his very hard. Lewis fought a shot version of Tyson and said Tyson had a good chin to be able to take those shots. Tyson was already exhausted way before he was finally taken out as well. Just a walking punching-bag after round 1. These posts have to either be joke posts to not understand this or you just lack the I.Q. level to understand it. Which is it? Do you even watch boxing? Know anything about the history of the sport? Know anything about physical...mental...trauma? Drug problems? Do you know anything?
Hahaha...robbed Hatton? How? He is not that good of a ref, I agree...but robbed Hatton? Hatton got KTFO with Floyd using Hatton's game-plan against him.
You ****ing ******, Tyson was a clearly a shot decline fighter when he got ko by Williams and Mcbride. Get out of the esb and go to gay clubbing cause that's where you belong. And take SHERPAKOVSKI with you.
PLSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS You dont know **** about boxing. HATTON s all game is inside fighting and CORTEZ didnt let HATTON to work inside. And he took HATTON a points for punches that never landed.
If you guys are talking Tyson who fought Mcbride and Williams then Haye would have beat him but the Tyson who fought in the 80's would've killed David Haye!!!!!! I'm a Haye fan but I'm also realistic!!!!!! I understand you guys don't like Tyson but be realistic!!!!!
Yeah Hatton nearly Ko'ed Mayweather and Cortez deducted a point for a punch, wtf? Cortez saved Hop from a KO against Joe too. Terrible ref
Are you kidding dude? Watching Haye is like watching a weak Tyson in slow motion. I realize he gets power in his punches, but I can't figure out where it comes from. It takes a full second for his arm to fully extend. Dude is slow as ****. Haye in the 80s/90s would have been a forgotten early KO victim of Tyson's.
A Prime, Young, In shape and healthy fighter like David Haye gassed in 5 rounds? Why is he getting exhausted in 5 rounds with what I mentioned above? It's not like he was getting blasted with punches non-stop. Emanuel Steward, again, said it was a good stoppage and he thought Lewis was hurt. Now if it should have gone on...sure...why not. I wouldn't have mind seeing a full out KO which would have happened given Lewis state and McCall crazy mind to go all out. He was up at around 6 and staggered [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FPQy-ScwyvE[/ame] I do think another ref, say Steve Smoger, would tell him to walk to him...and if good...would allow it to go on. Smoger is a guy that will protect the fighter but not over what the fans want. He'll let the fighter get KTFO most times. Cool ref. David Haye fight could have continued until he was KTFO as well. I don't like any other type of stoppages. If you are up....let him get KTFO. Same with Tyson vs. Holyfield I. Holyfield had Tyson out on his feet but they should have just let it go until Mike was flat on his back. Goddamn was Holyfield huge for that fight. That's all I remember thinking at the start.
Tyson in 80 s is just myth. Heavyweight division was dead in 80 s. First fighter with pulse that Tyson fought is taxy driver Buster Douglas and we saw what happen.
bull, that was 3 look at how many fingers he held up, so what if he staggered, it was a 3 count, lewis was mad rightfully, we all saw how Lewis smashed McCall to pieces after that. Steward is a turncoat he was biased against Lewis then.
PRIME TYSON got knocked out cold in sparring with HEAD GEAR!! [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UIXx75_G6f4[/ame]
