Its not okay with him, just like it's not okay with Floyd either. Both sides were willing to make concessions though.

This isn't exactly accurate, they set minimums to be able to fight in their state, but the fighters are independant contractors and free to negotiate the rules as they see fit as long as they meet minimum standards as seen by the commission. Hence negotiating different gloves, different ring sizes, drug testing etc. The rules of the commission are minimum standards, but the fighters can negotiate as they see fit.

not for me, as a true fan I wanna know that potentially the biggest fight in boxing history, that both athletes are 100% CLEAN
14 day cut off there is always doubt. Only way to know for sure is for USADA type of testing. Period

Im with you I wanna see the fight, but if your clean your clean. It shouldnt need a "cutoff" thats the way I see it

If that's the case, why won't Pacquiao just accept the Olympic style testing? If Mayweather runs it will make him look terrible and his credibility will be dead. Instead Pacquiao made himself look bad by making bull**** excuses that nobody in their right mind would believe.

Because he qualified it "as long as it is not too much blood".

See Pac likes to make a false gesture as long as he leaves himself an unquantifiable "out". How much is "too much"? How much is "too little"? Nobody knows. Only team Pac. Same way that 30, 24, and then 20 days for blood testing were used.

The constant swirl of BS surrounding Pac is starting to stink something serious.

For the record Floyd won't reject the 14 day window the USADA will, they aren't going to have the integrity of their tests and/or process compromised by leaving a 14 day window in which they won't test, it's just not going to happen. They can agree to a cut off and have some other agency do third party testing by it won't be the USADA, they do random testing of blood and urine and they work on their time and their rules period.

I think the Nevada state commision should just enforce the testing and then all the other states and countries can follow suit as well, every other sport has it why doesent boxing? Even wrestling has it now,Floyd is right, but its also not his job to push for this like this, his concern should be fighting.

Who cares. He's agreeing to it now. Why should Floyd have a problem with 14 days now? Unless he's afraid? You Floyd fans better hope that he agrees to this or the fight won't happen. It sounds to me like you don't wanna see the fight based on your comments.

that wasn,t the original idea, floyd wanted testing right up until fight time, when he got desperate for the fight he changed his mind then said 14 days no test.manny still said no deal.why change now.hope it happens, but not sure it will.no drugs.may is the better fighter

Why didn't Floyd abide by the rules of the commission like he did the 40 fights before? The fight would have already happened. Mayweather has already ran.....

riiiiight because I'm sure you know what its like to give blood right before a life and death fight where you will be using all of your energy...no one wants to give blood THE DAY BEFORE a fight you idiot...listen to yourself "some warrior he is"....riiiight 50+ professional fights he's no warrior.
