It makes it seem that Mayweather and other people in boxing believe Pacquiao is on something. Pacquiao's using dumb lies and excuses to avoid taking the tests, so it's hard to say Mayweather is the one running to any person with an ounce of sense.

 

-- USADA testing - The tests were done without all the cutoff date nonsense for Mayweather/Mosley so 14 days is just pointless. Testing must be EQUAL same times, same amounts, and same types of samples.

-- Reasonable purse split - No less than 55/45. Mayweather's position has improved but Pac still deserves a good cut. 50/50 is best.

Mayweather wants Olympic testing. That includes no cut off dates before 48 hours before the fight. What Pacquiao wants is not Olympic testing.

 

No he has fought like no other fighter ever has moving up,history shows us you dont hit harder moving up,you usually dont hit as hard,he's hitting harder than he did at the lighter weights,so yes it should be in question what he doing.
