    No it doesn't.

Ugh do you even know what it means? You CAN follow the protocol on a per fight basis. All fights are had by two independent contractors under the oversight of the commission. If both parties agree to REASONABLE requests the fight is made. USADA testing is reasonable.

Well the tests didt quite meet Mayweathers demands.... it seemed pretty fair to me.

  4. On the one hand you say you can't modify the cut off date from 2 to 14 days, as that goes against Olympic style testing rules, and it wouldn't be right.

Yet in the same breath you say it's fine to just test 2 guys for a short period of time, and not bother with other fighters and testing for the rest of the calendar year.

You chop and change the rules as you like to suit your purpose.

    I'm done with this thread.

No point debating with haters of the sport of boxing.

I was also a fan of pavlik after he knocked jt but than he started pulling some bit34 moves..

i know im off topic for the thread but u should try rooting for fighters who beat fighters ur a fan of...

even lucian bute (who i used to not care for and always was bad talkin) is making me a fan of his after he got a gift with my boy andrade in the first fight...now im all over bute as a fighter as i believe he could be a future great

LOL dude, the argument that he gave you was that Floyd Mayweather doesn't want the Olympic style testing that you want before. Do I have a problem with Olympic drug testing? NO. But apparently, it matter to the boxers which is much more relevant that our opinion on this issue. But you didn't answer my question. DO YOU REALLY, I MEAN REALLY WANT TO SEE THIS FIGHT MADE?

And there is a reason. Did you see how many times Mosley was interrupted during his training? Did you notice how much blood they were taking. If you're gonna accuse someone of cheating give some proof.

    NOT AT ALL REALLY...

REMEMBER WHEN PAC SAID THEY WOULD TEST JUST NOT WITH USADA...THAN FLOYD SAID "OK, NO USADA"...

USADA WONT CHANGE THEIR RULES TO MY UNDERSTANDING...BUT IT DOESNT MEAN THEY CANT GET ANOTHER CONTRACTOR WHO HAS SIMILAR POLICIES BUT WILL BEND THEIR POLICIES FOR THE FIGHT AT HAND:good

BTW IM NOT A HATER OF THE SPORT..I JUST DONT SEE YOUR OPINION AS VERY STRONG WHEN IT COMES TO THE PAC/MAYWEATHER NEGOTIATIONS...:goodU HAVE A LOT OF HOLES AND I BELIEVE THAT MANY FANS ON HERE HAVE EXPOSED THE HOLES IN YOUR ARGUMENT YET U KEEP AWAY FROM THOSE POSTS AND INSTEAD CHOOSE TO BOUNCE UP OUT THE THREAD OR INSULT THE POSTER WHO OWNED YOU...SORRY IF I COME OFF LIKE A DI34 BUT THATS JUST WHAT I THINK OF UR ARGUMENT..WEAK AND FILLED WITH HOLES

No I didn't you fool! Look, when the offer was extended both parties went back and forth. The breaking point was 14 days. Since then...

-- Pac has had a poorly selling PPV fight against a top 5 WW
-- Pac has had a fight with many millions less in gate in a +30K seat venue
-- Mayweather has had a top ten PPV event with an opponent that Pac turned down due to not being a PPV attraction versus Cotto
-- Mayweather and Mosley both submitted to the testing following the protocol with no deviations (Precedent!)

Now Pac wants to rewind time and take the offer that was there before? How much of a moron do you have to be to see that for Pac to ask for a 14 day cut off is laughable? :patsch

I BELIEVE HE GAVE 8 TESTS AND PASSED ALL 8...WHEN WAS HE INTERRUPTED WHILE TRAINING???:huh THE FIGHTERS HAVE A MANDATORY 2 HOUR WAITING PERIOD AFTER TRAINING TO ALLOW THEIR BODIES TO COOL DOWN:think SO THEY CANT JUST INTERRUPT YOU WHILE UR TRAINING, TAKE THE BLOOD, THAN BOUNCE..THEY GOTTA WAIT FOR U TO FINISH THAT UP..

THIS IS THE TYPE OF STUFF I TALK ABOUT WHEN I SAY PAC FANS DONT HAVE THE CORRECT INFO..THIS POSTER THINKS THAT THEY WOULD INTERRUPT PACQUIAOS TRAINING TO TAKE THE TEST WHEN THAT IS FAR FROM THE ENTIRE TRUTH ..LETS NOT PUT DUBZ ON IT NOW

8 drug tests is a bit over the top i would say. I think i would be well pissed of with doing that as a athlete.

In our sport of choice money rules, if you think that the Casino's, the NSAC, and/or the fighters and their camps are going to miss this "golden ticket" you aren't being realistic. If it comes right down to it, the Casino's will pressure the commission to make this a mandatory stipulation (Random Blood tests) to be able to fight in the state, obviously that will come with a price that someone will eat, but the fact of the matter is that it will happen one way or another not because "we" want it, not because it's good for boxing, but because the bread is too large for it not to happen.

That doesn't even make sense. USADA already acknowledged that they won't change the cut off date. 14 days is too much time for the athletes to cheat.

They would be forced to change the time frame in which they test, because unlike Olympic sports you don't know who is going to compete and when events are going to happen, so they would have to wait for the fighters to agree before they can test. It would be impossible for them to test year round in this sport the way everything is now. They can't test every fighter, because not every fighter could afford it, since it would have to come out of the fighters pockets right now. Boxing is not as organized as other sports. If UFC decided to do it, the company would pay. In boxing their is no main body, so the fighters would have to pay.

Of course your done with the thread, because you have no real argument.
