What does the other fighters have to do with this? I'll tell you NOTHING. Pacquiao
    This content is protected
the test. He wanted the cut-off of 24 days; Mayweather wanted a 14 day cut off date.

Pacquiao's team doesn't want to agree with Mayweather's condition (before) because the party that's going to take their is test is a party that Mayweather picked. They may feel that Mayweather's is trying to make a new boxing commission.

There are few reasons why some athletes does not want this test.
    It interrupts their training.
It cost a lot of money. Do you think those other boxers can afford to pay for this testing? They don't even as much as Mayweather and Pacquiao.
It may weaken them (maybe psychologically-IMO, in Pacquiao's case it's psychological he doesn't have to drain himself anymore so I'm pretty sure he recover faster) specially if the fighter drains himself to make weight.

Anyway, wether if it's 24 days or 14 days cut off date, both fighters will be clean since there will be unlimited urine testing. Not to mention that if any of the fighters were going to use PED they won't have enough time to remove it from their system.

What are you even talking about? FMJ offered 14 days, Arum said he didn't, then Arum came back and said he did, but they are fighting Clottey anyway.

It was right out in the media! Team Pac even said they wouldn't negotiate in the media again, but here they go...

*******s like you will buy anything out of that camp of clowns. :blood

PAC was willing to give 50/50 even after his PPV#'s beat Floyds. Money is the bigger issue for Floyd...NOT MANNY. He was willing to give that to Floyd in order to get the fight done. Then of course Floyd had his special bloodtesting demands.:yep Both men have an ace in their pocket which they'll use to leverage settlements in their favor. it's to be expected....but to say Manny doens't have a "wild card" in his pocket is no more than a blind fanbase OVER supporting their guy.

If Floyd thinks that Manny being or sharing the top spot in this sport and attaining more for his legacy doesn't play a part in negotiations then he's not really as smart as he likes to portray. PPV's are NOT the only factors in finding out who is suppose to get the lions share of the purse.

on a Global level Manny is by far more popular than Floyd. In the US alone Floyd is only enjoying a hair more drawing power than Manny....which is to be expected.

Manny's not exactly the ideal candidate to be challenging Floyd in popularity. He barely speaks english...he's NOT american like Floyd and he's not even from a US neighboring country. Yet it's still not clear on who is more popular.

    why?

it doesnt look obvious at all

he didn't take 14 days when it was offered

now, after he has lost some leverage, and after floyd said in the post-fight interview with mosley that no OSTD = no fight

i don't see how pac's offer means anything to be honest

i hope it gets made, but i see anything to make me think it will

i would wager that pacquiao will face one of bob arums fighters in his next fight. bob arum will also claiming that he did everything in his power to make the fight happen.

what odds do you reckon i'll get for that? i was thinking it'll be something like 1/100 as it's so ****ing obvious.

    i totally agree

they will start some negotiations with floyd, whine and cry about something, call floyd an egomaniac and impossible to work with, then sign a fight with margo 15 seconds after negotiation "break down"
