Probably 75-100. He could match it with most guys ahead of him at 140-147, and would give a few at 135 and 154 a tough fight. Because he lost his biggest fights it's hard to favor him in ATG matchups tho.
One of the best modern day, if not the best modern day resume. He gets a lot of credit from me for taking the big fights, you dont have to win em all IMO, just make the big fights and be competitive and win most. I'd def say top 50

With Oscar it's hard to say. I personally thought that two of his losses were wins (Trinidad and Mosley II) and two of his wins were losses (Whitaker and Sturm). He was an awesome fighting machine and competed against the best the sport had to offer which is rare. It was amazing that he was shunned by members of the media and fans for cherry picking? WTF?????? Hahahahahaha He was only ever DOMINATED by Hopkins (who was too big) and Pacquaio (when he was a dehydrated shell). He gave everyone else hell and has to go down as a true and elite all time great. There aren't too many welterweights in history that would have kicked his ass. I'll put him down as a Top 15 Welter based on skill, ability and fighting heart and top 30-40 as an all time great! Beautiful fighter and anyone who denies him or puts him down is a ****in idiot who has never taken a punch in his life!
I agree with yuor post and would just dispute that he wasnt dominated by Bhop. that fight was quite competitive for a while. The only time he was dominated was when he drained himself against Pac, at the end of his career
To each his opinion but that's just plain wrong. We can argue about his wins and loses all day but the man is a 6 div. champ. The two biggest W's on his resume trump PAC and PBF's greatest wins and some people are claiming they are top 20 material:nono DLH is grossly underrated at anythng above #75

Easy to fly for a "prime" Quartey and launch a last round assualt that almost ended the fight? Easy to stand toe to toe with a "prime" Mosley in LA in one of the best 147lb fights EVER? Easy to outbox a "prime" Trinidad and make him look like a novice for 9 rounds? Easy to take the best a "juiced" Vargas had to offer and staple gun him to the canvas? Hmm Hopkins had a look at Oscar for a few rounds but when he opened up Oscar couldn't handle his overall height, strength and weight advantages. It was getting one sided after half way dude and did end in a KO. Oscar shouldn't have been in that fight and he has admitted it since! That's why weight divisions exist!
With Bhops style DLH could have easily seen the final bell and at worst lost 8-4 type of fight. I think DLH was done in that fight (little scared) and stayed down. He could have went on and lasted the distance. He was only down 2-3 rds at the time of the stopagge whcih was controversial.
