    Let's just have the fight IN THE RING that everyone wants to see NOW!

    Nothing Mayweather or anyone else says change the fact that everyone knows Manny is an ATG. Nobody gives a **** about how much Manny can sue a promotional outfit for!!!

    SOLUTION

    Deal with this **** another time and FIGHT! I'm getting ****in sick of it!

    Isn't it nice that after Pacquiao beats Floyd inside the ring, Floyd Jr., Sr., Oscar and Shaefer all of them goes to jail? As for Roger, possibly he's in jail already at that time. (joke :D joke)

    If people win lawsuits in the US for putting their dog in the microwave or because they got lungcancer from smoking, and OJ goes free for a murder he certainly commited then why can't Pac win this??????????

    now i dont know what the lawsuit is exactly about but what happened to all the esb attorneys who laughed at this and said pac doesn't have a case?

    Pacquaio's lawyers need to prove the following:

    1. Golden Boy made defamatory comments
    2. These comments damaged Pacquaio financially or to a degree of suffering in tune with the amount claimed

    So looking at the first point I don't think Pacquaio has a case, I don't think Delahoya/Schaefer made defamatory comments. Merely asking someone to take a drugs test is not a defamatory comment. Even questioning whether someone commits a certain act is not defamation. Even Floyd Mayweather Jr hasn't truly made defamatory remarks, his father has, Paulie Mallinaggi has, but not the people being sued
