As far as I can tell, the consensus is that them fighting anyone else other than each other is an insult to the sport.

So who are some boxers who might give them a run for their money?

    Let's say middleweight and down.

As I scroll through the forums, people talk about other match-ups, but anyone paired with Pac or May are just another one to chalk up on their win column.

I honestly think that both guys would beat anyone from MW and below.

I can't see Pac being beaten by any at 140, 147(except floyd and vice versa), I see them both beating PW, Cintron, Foreman at JMW and I can see them both beating Martinez quite easily.

Both true p4p fighters in ever sense of the word/phrase. Thats why they need to fight.

Nobody can beat Floyd at 147 or below.

Martinez MIGHT have a decent shot at 154 though.

The guy who can beat Mayweather hasn't been born yet.

I don't have time to list all the guys that can beat Pacquiao... well at least the version of Pacquiao that takes the drug tests.

No way, Berto has questionable stamina and is also wide open. His speed might bother Pacquaio a bit, but Mayweather would time him and beat him kinda easy.

no one currently fighting would beat them - they must fight each other. In time they will get old and people like Khan, Bradley or Alexander might catch them on the way down but right now I don't see any 140/147'er beating them.

Paul Williams, Martinez will all beat pac at 154. No shame in that.
Pac beats everyone else below 147 besides floyd.

I honestly cant see anyone beating mayweather. Pac has the best shot.

Marquez would obviously give Pac another good go at 135... but at 140 I don't fancy his chances, and he has no chance at 147
    Bradley maybe
Floyd's only danger is Manny, and you'd think Floyd has everything to beat him.

Their only real threats right now are each other imo.

Berto would be easier to beat than Hatton was. I don't think Berto has the chin to take on either one of them, and Berto would be better off taking on Hatton.
