I think PAC can give it a pass if it's only Floyd Jr. making such comments but when other members in his family were making more outrageous vocal accusations too then there might be some sort of conspiracy to malign PAC's name.

Did you guys even read the article? Sounds pretty whatever. They tried to get the case dismissed but couldn't.

Pac's people are clowns. Now this crap is in court. The lawyers are going to start getting evidence. They are going to FORCE evidence out. This is going to blow up in Pac's face.

That's because there's a video kicking around with Roach admitting that they agreed to olympic style testing in the beginning, whether they knew at the time of the interview what a full olympic testing schedule was is anyone's guess.

However the word random seems to be the sticking point, people talk about the 14 day cut off but that is a waste of time anyway if he's not prepared to agree to random testing up to that date, it seems people just presumed that he would be taking random tests before that date which appears now to have never been the case.

floyd sr is the one who's ****ed, he's basically said pacquiao is on something. i'm not sure, but i think roger also said pacquiao is on something. i think he made the comment about the war many years ago:lol:. the resr, de la hoya, schaeffer, and floyd jr haven't said pacquiao is on drugs. if anything in my opinion, it makes pacquiao look more suspicious in taking the ones who haven't said anything to court. like i said, the court isn't going to prove pacquiao is not taking drugs.

bob arum himself said they agreed to 24 days random, but won't agree to 14 days random.

in the videos, and the lead up to all of this, pacquiao and roach have been very inconsistent, and it's what made me suspicious.

I've never seen a quote from Arum saying he offered 24 days random, the only thing I've seen him say is that he was prepared to bring the 30 day test forward to 24 days.

lol...it dont matter what "u think" he referenced...in court best believe the actual wording will be looked at very closley...trust me..saying "the phillipines got the best steroids" is a lot different than saying "manny pacquaio is on drugs"

u act like u know alot about this stuff but its clear you dont know much about it at all..:deal

    u havent?? here u go

Arum made it clear that both he and Pacquiao are standing pat on a 24 day cutoff period for the random blood tests and the previously agreed upon 50-50 split saying “ all I’m saying, right now we are holding to our position.”

    taken from espn article:good

No Pac entered into negotiations KNOWING that random testing was what was wanted. If he wasn't going to accept random why would he agree to even negotiate?

    He is a cheater *******.

indirect comments is not implication. If he said pac is on roids and I seen him shoot his ass. That is implication. Learn the language you ug mug.

Please, Floyd Sr has said that Pac is taking steroids, or he beleived Pac was on roids, etc, etc. They've layed claims he was...Both straight forwardly, and in a round about way.
You couldn't slander your NEIGHBORS name the way they've slandered his! Your neighbor would take you to court (or kick your ass depending who he is), and you would lose some cash.
There's no way a rich man like Pac (who just won a congressmen election) is going to be slandered and not win the case. Of course Mayweather is rich as well, but look at his reputation. Owed 300 Mil to the IRS, has friends involved in deaths, has countless interviews showcasing him acting like a child, cussing up a storm, showing off his cash, and being an ego maniac.
The judge is going to look at somebody like Floyd, his father, and wonder why he's even got to listen to the BS.
