I truly thought Floyd wanted the fight. Here's some news anyway....

I think this fight will eventually happen. There is too much money for it not to happen. Like Floyd said, you can't lose when your getting $30m from one fight. In other words, if he loses the bout, overrall he's a winner because of the huge payday. Though he's not reckless, he stills wants to keep his '0' so he's making sure everything is even.

I don't believe Floyd is the same fighter he use to be. He looked good against Shane but not spectacular. I've seen a lot better from him. Not sure if it was his intent but he didn't have that foot, latteral and head movement that he had against Marquez and in his other fights. He just doesn't look as sharp and if Pacquiao does beat him then I don't think he would have beaten the best Floyd... the one that fought at 130/135

at no point did manny agree to anything less than 24 days. if you want to quote roach, why dont u quote buboy, his mom and his wife....they all have the same relevance.

    Worry about an excuse?

You just gave one to Pac.

    Actually, they did.

Pac's team (who I think is truly to blame for all this, note TEAM, not Pac) agreed to Mayweathers 0 day drug testing in the beginning, they didn't see it as a problem, as no one really knew of Mannys issue with blood.

When they went to Pac he told them no the testing, then that's when they did the reverse 180 on the thing.

Mayweather Sr, was asked about his recent statement of having reservations regarding his son fighting a southpaw. “It does not matter what stance Pacquiao fights,

    ”.

And there we have it. He doesn't say "unless he takes the test". He just makes an unequivocal statement saying NEVER, without condition.

    and vice versa

why was 14 days good for Floyd back then but it isn't now?

Pac takes a step forward and Mayweather takes a step back.

It's Floyd's fault you know if some fans will use it as an excuse.

Why didn't Pac say something earlier? Why like 2 weeks after Mayweather made those comments did he finally agree to 14 days?

Why is Mayweather backing up the testing to the day of the fight? Did he just find out that PEDs cant be trackable 14 days after usage? If not, what makes the situation different now than it did back in January?

Why Floyd needs to go back to square 1 regarding blood testing when they already made some progress during the 1st negotiation? They're close to meet somewhere halfway in that one and suddenly Floyd wanted back the 0 days cutoff?

    Im not saying that.

Why did it take two weeks AFTER Floyd said no more negotiating on cut off, to agree to 14 days.

Wouldn't it of made sense to agree to it right away?
