There is no reason for a cutoff unless he plans to cheat. Testing needs to be random to be effective. Pac is just dressing the window to look better before he dodges Floyd.

Listen you sack of dog ****.... Pac agreed to tests, now Floyd wants to play the role.... Whatever Pac does there will be more demands....

Next thing we know Floyd wants semen samples with You, Ellerbe, and Floyd himself taking the samples in your mouths..

There is no speculation in the fact that Pac dodged Floyd in the first fight negotiation. There is no speculation in the fact that Pac is willing to walk away from millions to avoid the the test? Why is he not willing to take the test. Not too smart guys.

I agree with pretty much everything said here. On the other hand, it is my opinion that it is the Commission's job to protect the fighters and to make sure steroids are not used. What Floyd should have done is to petition the NSAC to do blood testing. But he has not done that. Also, GBP did not force their fighters to do blood testing in recent fights so this looks to me like harrassment on Pac even if the intention can be made to appear good.

I do believe that more testing is better in the long run. As to Olympics style or NSAC style, those commissions would have to decide what's best. NSAC didn't catch Shane Mosley. Olympics testing did not catch Marrion Jones.

    What an idiot.

Olympic drug testing is NOT effective. Ask BALCO, they knew the procedures.

I love the typical ******* defense mechanism. Speculations, unlikely speculations at that, and then claim everyone is gay. Good one man. Your really good at this.

He has not agreed to the test. There is no need need for a cutoff unless he plans to cheat. Just answer the question, why won't Manny take the test? Please explain. If you can come up with an answer that doesn't make you look like a fool I'll quit busting your sorry ass up.

WTF are you talking about? Effective compared to what? Its more effective than the current testing procedure. No debate. Balco was not evading Olympic style testing genius.

Tygart of USADA himself believed that 24 or 14 days is enough when he said: "I'm not worried about the 14-day or the 24-day blackout period, I'm worried about the rest of it. If someone's telling you that's where it fell apart, I think you've got to add the follow-up, 'Well, what kind of testing was going to happen before the 14-day or the 24-day blackout period?' The 14-day period, I'm a lot less concerned about that than what you're doing in the two months before that 14-day period".

They were so confident with 24 or 14 that they didn't test Mosley and May 18 days before their fight.

Have you at least red the article?
Neither of the fighters wanted the first fight for obvious reasons.

Pacquiao: i need to get elected, a loss could compromise my electoral campaign.

Mayweather: i need more time to get prepared against the most dangerous soutpaw in the sport (JMM in no way near the level of Pacquiao).

It's so damn obvious. Only crackheads wouldn't see that.

He agreed to tests dog****.. I'm tired of wiping your sorry ass off my shoes..

He agreed to the tests... This ain't the International Floyd Mayweather Boxing committee their fighting for... So unless that's the case and I was unaware, Floyd better be able to negotiate or kick rocks...
