That was just WADA's own cutoff preference... They **** tested I think til a week out....

So really 14 days should be no problem, giving WADA's own previous cutoff that they felt was more than efficient. Unjless people now feel WADA doesn't know how to do their job..

EPO can be taken and be undetectable in as little as week before the test. Answer the ****ing question.

Thats my same point in the matter, like why does he need to negotiate a cutoff date to begin with? People are forgetting the meaning of random. Pacquiao does really want to fight floyd.

Maybe you weren't around but there was a video where Pac had a bad experience with blood testing prior to the Morales fight. Now that video was a few years ago so I doubt if it was somebody who went back in time and create a video in case it was going to be needed for a fight with Flioyd in the future.

We might think the psychological effect on Pac is pathetic but it's real to him. Blood tests have different effects on different people. If Pac believes it makes him weak, would you want Floyd to win over a version of Pac that is not mentally 100%?

But the cut-off should not be a factor since Floyd already deemed it sufficient when he made the 14-day demand. At the same time, we have Tygart here who said 24 or 14 is OK.

Floyd should stick to his "Pac is easy work" mentality and we will have a fight.

Golden Boy's main partner, the Anschutz corporation (AEG) has had big time business associations with USADA and Tygart in the past.

It wouldn’t be that hard to corrupt the few bigwigs in charge. USADA is the court and Tygart is the arbitrator. Don Catlin is basically still in charge of the biggest labs but his private lab is in hot competition to come up with the latest and greatest detecting devises which cost a pretty penny. "Catlin estimates that it cost as much as $500,000 for his team to develop a test for the BALCO steroid THG. Machines start at $80,000. To thoroughly vet one athlete once can run up to $2,000."

Catlin and Tygart have a definite American bias so Manny Pac needs to be very careful. Moreover, look at the USADA cover ups and controversies in the Floyd Landis (an American) affair.

The first negotiations were egos clashing, there's enough blame for everyone. Can you give me a link where Pac himself said he is afraid of needles? As far as I can remember, it was GBP who made a press release saying Pac is afraid of needles to make Pac look pathetic. It could have also been anyone, maybe even Roach or Arum but I wouldn't crucify Pac if other people claimed this phobia on Pac's behalf.
