Agreed Kel..........and to take very few risks along the way making that money.

All and good, provided you don't promise 'World Dominance' and claim to be 'The Man' while you are cherry picking your way around the fringes of whatever division seems the easiest mark at the time.

The recent Golovkin debacle is only a recent example of where Khoder and Choc's 'priorities' lie.

no you as a one time fan are just over it.after Kessler which he lost but did better than anybody previously according to many Danes he put on excellent performances against a former interim SMW titleholder and Olympian Danny Green then won the regular belt by defeating the awkward Soliman in convincing fashion.but has done **** all since except barely squeaking by Geale
and dogging a rematch.waste of talent.Green had a similar KO ratio to Golovkin.Sullivan,Beyer and Garcia were the only opponents he hadnt KO'd i think and he fought him.hes lost his nerve.

yeh but if he doesnt step it up he wont be making all that much from his fights. I think even those who want to see him knocked out wont go buying this farce. they're the ones who've been filling his koffers so far... And you cant earn a living from just Ashley and 2sfgs87....

You are a truly deluded individual. Ridiculous statement after ridiculous statement. Mundine is a top ten rated middleweight, Golovkin would have been a good fight but it's no career defining fight.

Winning this belt gets him a high ranking at 154 :good

Yeah but beating Golovkin would have gotten him the WBA regular 160 title. You know how Anthony loves those second rate regular title's.

By the way mate what does your user name mean ? I've always wondered.

30th of June is listed as for the 'vacant WBA International light middleweight title' Francis - now there's a keeper title!

The Golovkin title opportunity on home soil was certainly an acid test for team Mundine, and whether they really had any intention of leaving a legacy, or just continuing to fill the bank account via the easiest route.

Hasn't 2010, the year of 'World Domination' been a ripper!

I am unhappy the fight didn't come off but at the end of the day golovkin is only such a hot commodity and star on the aussie forum as he is associated with mundine. The bright side is that mundine can target the cotto/foreman winner or the likes of spinks. I would imagine the wbc belt will be up for grabs soon too.

I would imagine it's much like yours.

    Another anti-mundine post - there's a big surprise!

The opportunity to mention golovkin and make him out to be some sort of superstar was certainly an acid test for team couldhavebeen. It shows whether he had any intention of posting something meaningful or continuing to fill his post count via the easiest route.

Hasn't 2010, the year of 'the gaffer tape catchphrase' been a ripper!!!!

    Keep reading :good

Expecting a reply mentioning tape/silence/pest/mundine/friend etc :hi:

Walked away from a title shot at 160.

Couldn't land a title shot at 154 because they were too cheap.

Fighting for a second tier title at 154.

    Brilliant management.

Not going to cut Mundine any slack for fighting a warm up fight in a new division .....even though the warm up fighter must be in the top 15 WBA :huh
