Freddie Roach :"Manny never plants himself when he throws punches, he has knocked out everyone by throwing punches with movement"

Any other fighters that don't plant their feet but can generate serious power?

He does not have devestating one punch knockout power. Manny Paacquiao wears down his oppoents. The quick work he made out of Ricky Hatton was the exception not the rule.

He has 12 straight kayos, 5 in the first round.

23 of his 38 KO and TKO victories have been in the first four rounds. That's a lot of exceptions and/or some mighty fast wearing down of his opponents.

Hamed was an obvious good example.

Um... where did you get some of those numbers from? Because PAcquiao doesn't have 12 straight KOs, (he doesn't have any KO streak because his last fight went to decision) and if you mean that at one point he had that streak, remember the guys Pacquiao was fighting at lower weights were 1) often not the best competition in the world, and 2) much smaller than Pacquiao, your favorite issue.

When Pacquiao fights championship level opposition, it's a different story. Lets take a look:

Sasakul out boxed Pacquiao for most of their fight while slowly taking punishment until Pacquiao put him down in the 8th.
Nedal Hussein, who never went beyond winning regional titles and contending once or twice for a major belt, took Pacquiao to the 10th and the fight was stopped because of a cut.
Ledwaba got his nose broken right in the 1st or 2nd round, but still managed to last until the 6th.
Agapito Sanchez, (that dirty ****) had never lost by KO going into the Pacquiao fight, and he didn't in their abbreviated bout. (They went to the card after 6 due to headbutts caused by cuts earlier). In his next bout though, Sanchez was KOd in 7 by Joan Guzman, and a couple of fights later KOd by Navarro.
Jorge Julio was at the end of his career and also an exception, overwhelmed by Pacquiao's aggression and KOd in 2.
Barrera famously got the **** beat out of him by Pacquiao, but it wasn't until his trainer stopped things in the 11th that the fight ended. In the second fight he went the full 12.
Juan Manual Marquez went the distance, twice.
Morales won their first fight, went to 10 in their second, and it was only in the third bout, looking shot, that Morales couldn't make it out of the 1st four rounds.
Oscar Larios had been KOd in three by Israel Vazquez in his previous fight, took Manny the full 12 rounds.
Jorge Solis took Pacquiao 8 before the fight was stopped.
David Diaz took a shitload of punishment, but lasted into the 9th round before finally going down and the ref stopped the fight.
Oscar De La Hoya got his head used for target practice, but never did more than wobble sometimes before his corner stopped the fight.
Hatton, at the end of his career gets sent down hard in the 2nd round.
Miguel Cotto goes down twice in early rounds, but survives the Pacquiao assault until the ref stops it in the 12th.
Clottey goes the full 12 while never being in danger of being KOd.

Knocking out nobodies is one thing, at the championship level Pacquiao is largely a wear you down fighter.

Roy Jones & Mosley tended to leap with their punches and were still effective.
