Horrible article! A few things need to be pointed out:

1. If I'm not mistaken the author tries to deflect racial profiling but goes on to say we should be more suspicious of Floyd since he's a black athlete who's competed in the Olympics. WTF?! I sure would like for Al Sharpton to read this article.

2. Of course we should be suspicious of Floyd. By going through the tests himself he is telling us he is a suspect! Each and every boxer who has been fighting under the outdated drug testing system is a suspect. It's insane how there are still a lot of people who forget or disregard the fact that it is not just Pac who would be subject to OSDT if the fight were to materialize. Both parties would through the same procedure.

3. Being an Asian athlete does not make you any more or less of a suspect. I'm Asian-American and I know a **** ton of immoral Asians. I've read somewhere that doped up Asians have a genetic structure that allows them to pass a drug test easier than any other ethnic group. If this is true then the writer's confidence in knowing that Asian athletes are the cleanest should be shot to hell. About 15 Asian athletes (from China and India) were reportedly caught doping during the 08 Olympics. Thailand is known for a wide distribution of anabolic steroids. In Bangkok or Pattaya anyone can get them as easy as cough medicine. Pacquiao has fought in Thailand numerous times earlier in his career yet claims he has never heard of steroids. Go figure.

All this melodrama about how we should baby Manny Pacquiao is getting old. Pac is a grown man. Let him fight his own battle. If he's clean, take the tests and make an attempt to kick Floyd's ass in the ring. Settle it the old fashioned way.

You took a small part of what was said. This quote makes it look like he's saying that their system for all athletes is not capable. Which is false, he's referring to the time frame of which the USADA would test for with boxers and their fights.

He states later in the interview, that once boxers become top 10 fighters they should undergo 24/7/365 blood and urine testing.

So clearly it's not USADA standard but that the time frame for boxers isn't as good as what you get with yearly 24/7 testing.

 

So you think 24/7/365 blood and urine testing is feasible?
