i do think its strange that both his power and speed went up because when mayweather went up to 147 and 154 he didn't take his power with him and even though he is still fast he is not as fast as he was at 140 and 135 and mayweather moved up gradually over years pacquiao did it in a year i don't think it's ignorant to think PEDS were involved and add on the fact he won't submit to RANDOM blood and drug tests with no cut off date makes you wonder
