There is a lot of hate about david haye on esb. And the main reason seems to be coz he ran his mouth about the klitschkos and now seems to be ducking them.

IF haye agrees to fight one of the klits, win/lose/draw will that be enough for you to respect him? coz like i said that seems to be peoples only problem with him.

If he agrees to fight and ACTUALLY fights then yes, otherwise him bullshitting how hes gonna unify the division then backing out not once, not twice but threetimes to fight one.

I respect him anyway because he's one hell of a nice guy, something that often gets overlooked on here because the Klit-ites are so busy sucking the balls of their supposed 'nice guy' heroes despite one of them being a proven steroid cheat and the other one being a glass chinned **** that avoided the **** out of Lennox Lewis. Their remarks about Haye avoiding the sisters just wash over me for those reasons.....people in glass houses shouldn't throw stones and all that.

i agree with what your saying 100%.
The bad mouthing at first was to get his name heard in d division when he was unknown. fighters do it all the time. In interviews hes a down to earth likeable guy! But i do think out of his next two fights, one has to be a klitschko, simply coz of the abuse hes sent their way lol.

I should have had an option in the poll saying ''i already respect haye''.
would have made it fairer i guess

He already agreed he just didn't step foot in the ring with them. Now if he fights them, he'll gain my respect even if he gets KTFO.

I agree with that, and I think it'll happen....but the Klit-lovers are getting hysterical about his so called ducking whilst ignoring the pathetic ducking of their own guys - as I said, WALDO ducked the **** out of Lennox back in the day and used his normal tactic of sending bigger, tougher VITLAY to take care of business, and how that ****ing back-fired eh :yep

Haye may or may not be ducking the Klits but damn it's amusing to hear the Klit fans ***** about the same ****ing tactic that BOTH brothers used when they only had the pathetic WBO strap to bargain with

another thing thats hilarious is when haye pulled out of the wlad fight coz of injury. HOW MANYY title defenses have the bitchkos ducked out of coz of ''injury'' ESPECIALLY vitali. the guy had to retire for god sake

I didn't vote because you didn't specify when.

If he fights them next I will.

Whats to respect about waiting until Vitali is in his 40's to fight him. Or fighting Wlad in 2 years time when Haye intends on retiring anyway. Nothing to respect about that, it is simply a retirement pay day.

To be honest I wouldn't "respect" him if he agrees to fight either Klitch, I mean is that not what a fighter is supposed to do? I will respect him if he handles himself like a professional, fights with heart and gives premium effort, if he is able to handle winning or losing with the degree of humility that I respect. I think respect in general is a relative union, maybe it would take more or less for you to respect him, but I would respect him for this.

fair enough. but at the end of the day i do think he handles himself as a professional. he lives a clean life is always in shape, prepares fully for his fights. most of his fights are very entertaining (valuev aside). Trash talking is part of the game but i only lose respect for someone if they trash talk and not back it up!

In my opinion if he steps up and fights one of them it will show me the trash talking WAS backed up and thats why i would respect him

I mean you rant on people talking about Haye and how he's misunderstood, meanwhile insulting the two guys that did nothing but their jobs and were badgered and harassed into agreeing to fights that Haye in turn declined. Great post dude...why not just say Haye is a nice guy and you already respect him and leave it at that, but I digress.

That all gets forgotten though because he came back to face the mighty Sam Peter, who his ***** brother had already beaten despite a glass jaw :rofl:rofl:rofl

Ah **** it it's just not worth arguing about it on this site...too many Klit-ites...but yes it's 100% true that VITLAY ducked the **** out of Rahman back in the day.....give it 5 years and WALDO beat the guy so that means both Klits could have beaten him, right? RIGHT?

Absolute nonsense, VITLAY will never get over that duckage as long as he lives, same thing with the duckage of the Byrd rematch. WALDO at least has avenged 1 of his 3 losses....2 years after that fact when the guy was medically suspended :rofl:rofl:rofl Hell he's the next Ali

Yep, no idea of history, just talk bollocks like the average Klit-ite.

Where was WALDO when Lewis was champ? Trying to scrape himself off the canvas after being KO'd by a ****ing golfer, that's where he was. He sent tougher brother into battle and guess what, he got owned, badly.

Now let's discuss Haye's so called cowardice shall we? Bear in mind I'll bring up the Klitschkos cowardice regarding Lewis at every turn by the way....

Sure you can call Haye a coward right now, but I'm telling you something, BOTH Klits are cowards if that's the measuring stick you're using. VITLAY ducked the **** out of Rahman, that can't be denied, and WALDO has ducked the **** out of anyone that ever beat him, and Lewis too.

THe simple facts are Haye was going to fight Wlad when the tv company he was with went bust meaning he would not have got paid, Its professional boxing who's going to get in the ring and risk their life for nothing. He then got the chance to fight Valuev and get hold of a version of the world title which gives him more of a hand in future negotiations with the brothers and had to defend it against his mandatory in Ruiz . Lets see who he fights next before you accuse him of ducking anybody . That said i'd prefer he fights Adamek it would be a more entertaining fight .
