No Tyson was not better then Dempsey. The storiesof Greb vs Dempsey sparring are vastly exxagerated. Dempsey would have literally kicked the **** into Greb in a real fight. Who says Greb smacked Dempsey like a *****? The reports also say Dempsey was not putting anywehere near his power in his punches because it was sparring, otherwise Greb could never survive Dempsey. And Greb knew it

 

Dempsey, while not as big as Tyson, was however equal in terms of explosiveness with far more heart. Dempsey would come at Greb, and no Harry is not lucky because this is not sparring. Dempsey was one of the very best punchers in the history of heavyweight division and Greb never fought anyone like that. Dempsey would rip his head off

 

actually Dempsey was just as quick, actually he was lighter on his toes. Tyson may be stronger physically but that's about it.
