I agree with the latter but I'm pretty sure Floyd would shoot xancldsaofasdflkjasdkfj up before giving Manny such a blatant advantage. He's used 8 oz gloves plenty.

 

He only has more influence when it comes to the split. What has happened since then that has given him a negotiating edge in regards to the blood testing?? Nothing. Don't try to say "Shane Mosley" and "precedent" because there was actual viable reason to test Mosley. There was no basis for Pac.
