Is Jake LaMotta still alive?

Im pretty sure he was in the UK a few months back on the after dinner circuit

 

When Jake's in the right mood, he's a genial, self-deprecating elder statesman, but cross the line -- whatever he thinks that is -- 'n you'll see Jekyll turn to Hyde.
