Napoles vs Gavilan

The cavalry's arrived

 

I dont see Gavilan losing the trades in this at all. Napoles is the better out-fighter IMO.

 

That's it in a nutshell old boy.

 

Amazing match up between two of my favourites.

I would pick Gavilan to win a decision.
He Would outsize napoles. The two also having similar boxing knowledge and offensive capabilities would allow Gavilan to edge the rounds IMO.

Would be a helluva technical firefight.

 

I love these two Cuban Masters,..but nothing's changed for me since my earlier post,...Napoles wins a close but well deserved decision over Gavvy.

 

Such a time one to call. If Napoles can get his timing down early I’d lean his way but it’s a toss-up. Of all the great Cuban Welterweights it’s Luis Rodriguez Id pick to come out on top but in reality they could all fight each other 3-4 times and they’d probably all be debatable decisions.
