Floyd has more influence when it comes to everything. He's in the lead when it comes to negotiations. The blood testing and the purse split are just two elements of a negotiation. Every part of a negotiation is as crucial as any other part, insofar as those negotiating decide them to be.

No. They are not on equal negotiating positions. Floyd draws more revenue. That puts him in the better position.

    I'd support the move.

I hope Pacquiao winds up agreeing to be properly drug tested and that fight comes off, but if it doesn't I'm not going to be bothered by it. Floyd can just go fight Martinez in a great match.

Nope. Pacquiao agrees to be properly drug tested and we'll get the fight. Nothing cowardly about that. It's about ensuring a fair field of play.

The previous negotiations failed. Those offers are no longer on the table. If Pacquiao wants to renegotiate, he can't necessarily expect all of the same terms, especially considering Floyd gained more clout with the big numbers he did against Mosley.

I really hope you guys don't vanish when the fight happens and Floyd boxes Pacquiao's ears off.

He just fought the guy people said he was too scared to get in the ring with. The same guy that Roach said was too dangerous for Pacquiao.

Floyd just fought the same man ALL THE *******S were also saying Floyd would NEVER fight, and even when they were in negotiations *******s were telling everyone that Floyd was going to pull out somehow...then he fought Mosley, and Mosley is old...YET Roach doesn't want to match Pac with Mosley because Mosley is too good.

*******s get treated like **** by Pac, yet they still love him. :-(

Where in my post did I say Floyd didn't want the fight or that he wouldn't win?

    1. Floyd never lost the title in the ring and has demonstrated since returning that he is still the best in the world.

    2. Floyd doesn't care about titles. That's why he didn't pay the sanctioning fees for Mosley's belt.

    3. Yawn. Translate that into numbers if it's going to count in negotiations.

    4. Not at all. Floyd draws more revenue. That makes him chief negotiator.

If Pacquiao accepted the fourteen day offer in the first place, we'd have seen them in the ring by now.

Marnoff. Do you want to see the best fighting the best or Floyd just earning lots of money? From the posts I've ever read of yours, I don't understand your motivation for watching boxing.
