Tecnhically, Haiti is not part of Africa although the black haitians have african roots due to the slave trade. But to label anyone who has dark coloured skin, curly hair an African-American is just as silly! He is a black american but technically not African american.

Technically, Berto is an African-American. Generally, the term used to descibe Black American citizens who are descendents of African slaves. Berto would fit that description.

Im not even defending Pac. Just using simple logic. Id like to see him fight all the fighters, but there are also a lot of fighters id like to see pbf fight.
