Despicable fight in the making

    According to Danish media Sauerland Promotions are working on a fight between Valuev and former Danish heavyweight beltholder Brian Nielsen. This would be a horrible horrible fight and I think that these are the kind of matchups that ruin boxing. This fight is more circus show than boxing. Hope it doesn't go through.

    I hope you can appreciate that it wasn't a knock on the great Nicko (not to be confused with the greek one mind you). I mean do you really expect Nicko to fight an olympic bronze meddalist? For Nicko it can be only gold all the way all the time baby :deal

    You understand that any opponent you put against Nikolai is immidiately seen as a mismatch. There's nobody even near Valuev, so just let him pick his victims as he sees fit.

    Well you know there a mismatches and then there are mismatches. Vit Klitschko could probably hang for 4 rounds or so, but Brian will most likely get knocked out at the presser or at the weighin...

    Solis with only 16 pathetic fights... He wouldn't dare to stand in the same ring as the experienced Nico! Maybe if Solis wants to have a career high payday? Nico would make him look like a fool, punishing him for the full 12 before KO'ing him in the last 10 seconds. It would be Nico showboating the whole night that it even would make RJJ's showboating embarassing!
