Quite well, the padding is like new. A few of the stiches are coming apart but nothing serious

20 oz sparring gloves FTW, i prefer training with heavier gloves because it gives more protection to my sparring partner.

I've just got a quick query, I'm from the UK and having trouble finding places to buy boxing equipment, especially good quality boxing bag gloves. Typically the only gloves I can find are Lonsdale which is not what I'm looking for (I currently own Lonsdale, they're okay but I'm hoping to buy better). The only gloves I can seem to find are Title's, but they're £80-90 from SugarRays which is just so expensive in my opinion, especially when they're $70-80 on American sites.

I just want a really good quality bag gloves, be it Ringside IMF Tech, Grant Campeon, Title Platinum, but I can't for the life of me find a great bag glove for a good price.

I basically need help finding a good UK retailer. Thanks in advance, it's greatly appreciated. :D

I'd rather not import from the USA if I can help it, because I'll be charged big money at the customs tax office.

    Thanks anyway though.

these used to be cheaper but I've had them for 2 years basically trainging with them everyday. Still worth it at this price. The padding is still intact and soft. great knuckle cushion. I got 16 oz, i'm 127 lbs but i like all the knuckle protection this gives.

I bought the Pro Mex gloves from Titleboxing and those things are so hard they tear the **** out of my sparring partners besides having no protection in the knuckles. I have to wrap a sponge in there every time. So I have to get another pair of 16 ounce gloves. I often train when there's nobody around so I need velcro hook and loop and most of the good gloves don't have a model for those. Grants cheap version look weird to me and I was thinking of trying those knockoff Winning style Fighting gloves but they are really wide and seem awfully heavy for the 16 oz. Can't afford Winning. Might try the new Everlast Protex 2, the Protex 3 have a weird curved shape to them and are $200. I'd love a pair of Grant training gloves but the lacing issue is a problem. Guess I might have to go with TITLE Platinum Paramount Elastic Training Glove or something then.

I just bought a pair of new Everlast Protex. I think they're the X2s but I'm still waiting on them and my heavybag to come in the mail.

My first set of gloves are 14 oz everlasts. I can't remember the exact type but I got them in gray. Padding is okay, the inside stitching on the lining is sort of coming apart by the thumb but it's not bad. I have Amber Boxing handwraps, very tough and retaining their elasticity just great. Feel great when I wrap my hands and holding up much, MUCH better than my everlast wraps. I use them for sparring and Heavy bag work.
