vitali takes 1 punch from a 38 year old lewis...an out of shape 38 year old lewis...vitali is 6 foot 8 and 250 pounds and he is supposed to get credit for not getting KOd by the bums he has fought ? absolute joke these year 2000 fans are thinking he cant be knocked out.
its no different than everyone thinking marciano was indestructible when he fought in a horrible division and went life and death with an old walcott, knocked down by an ancient moore and beat up an old louis... guys with granite chins are guys like

    Marion Wilson

who may suck as fighter, all the more reason to believe his chin is 10 times better than vitalis

look at the guys he went the distance with

all these guy are ko punchers......

    Jeremy Williams
    Oliver McCall I
    Oliver McCall II
    Andrew Golota I
    Andrew Golota II
    Prime Ray Mercer
    Jimmy Thunder
    Kirk Johnson
    Shannon Briggs
    David Izon 1
    Ike Ibeabuchi
    Tony Thompson
    Samuel Peter
    PRIME Hasim Rahman

    and vitali gets credit because

Is being a 24/7 Klitschko hater a satisfying thing? I would think it must be boring as hell...

Yeah because there's no difference between prime Lewis and the Lewis that fought Vitali right?

You do know that was probably the second worst Lewis to step into the ring right?

Newsflash, Prime Lewis wouldn't have been breathing heavily in round 6, PRIME VITALI WAS.

Rahman knocked Lewis out cold. McCall TKO'd Lewis in his prime.

McCall - Pre Manny, not prime.
Rahman - Lewis trained for 2 weeks for a fight at 5,200 ft

Also, Vitali doesn't have the one punch ko power of either of those guys. Yeah, 2 real good examples.

What you forget is even to this day the Lewis defeat is the defining point in Vitalis career.
Old, 2nd worst Lewis to ever step into the ring, was close to ko'ing Vitali, prime Lewis would have been in much better shape come round 7, Vitali on the other hand would still be gassing.:deal

Ask Tony Tubbs how hard Vitali hits. He used to spar with Vitali and Vlad years ago in Germany, was also an adviser.

Even though Vitali took that fight at 2 weeks notice and Lewis was past his prime, I still think a prime Lennox would have UD Vitali.

But if Lennox and Vitali had an immediate rematch, Vitali would have beaten Lewis and could have Knocked Lennox out. 37ish is old.
