There are few more thrilling. I like this fight better even than the Carbajal wars. Real excitng stuff and proof that a puncher is never done. Sorjaturong has epic heart, he gets hit low hard just before the final KD and doesn't blink.

You think Gonzalez was faded? Just looks impatient to me, in fairness.

Yeah, i'd say he was past his best, even if not far removed from his big wins against Carbajal.

Still, he shouldn't have lost to Saman imo.It was more to do with him just not being a great fighter overall i'd say, rather than being truly washed up.He was always a bit chinny and vulnerable to an upset.Sorjaturong was a limited fighter, but he could really punch.

Plus he had guts. Most guys would have wilted and quit inside even if they didn'tf flat-out pack up.

I watched this not long ago. Really dramatic, very very similar to Carbajal's one.

What a fight. "Chiquita" was always one of my favorites. Who can ever forget that first fight he had with Carbajal. Sorjaturong sure had some kind of power in that right hand.
