You know, Roach used Calderon to spar with Oscar for the Floyd fight. I think that was a brilliant move because noone is slicker than Calderon.

Maybe someone like Donaire would be a good idea too since he is tall and fast and a great counterpuncher.

Both these guys are under top rank.

other names that come to mind are Forbes, Khan, Anthony and Lamont Peterson.

Exactly....who else really is there who can represent a "group" or "style" of fighters better than the best. That's Floyd and that's who Manny will fight.....well, at least I hope so.

I just remembered that Lamont Peterson is a Top Rank Guy. AND he's moving up to 147. He'd be an EXCELLENT Sparring Partner.:good

He would be wise to use Forbes, Guzman, and Bradley.

Deontay Wilder is a heavyweight, and a really big one. What good would that do for Pac to spar him?

Zahir Raheem was better than Morales.. He beat him in a shut out. Pac fought Morales after that. Oh, Zahir Raheem is an African American.

Oh, I forgot his Morales trilogy were non title fights as well. And he did not grab the official strap at 130 until the second Marquez fight. Ok

speaking of the Zahir Raheem-Erik Morales fight. I don't think Morales used any black sparring partners when he trained in Mexico. I think that was his downfall.

Pacquiao since he trains at WildCard or wherever can bring in the pick of the litter.
