All celebs get sent on visits to hospitals etc by their management team. Its good for publicity. Its only when they blurt **** out on twitter and start sending crazy texts that we fins out about their real personality.
Maybe the way they look at it, is that at least it keeps his name out there, keeps him and his fights being discussed. Always gets discuss plenty here.
Its known Khan-Paulie started talking trash on Twitter, i know its chessy but then its 2010 and this might be the future where fighters not just Khan, use tools like twitter to play mind games and get at other fighters.

The reasons behind his hospital visits are irrelevant, main thing is it cheers up the kids. So stop that doing it for his own publicity garbage, grows quite tedious.
The thing is Khan is always doing these types of visits, if he was such a rich ****, why would he care? He can just turn these events down.
He's getting at us more than his opponents. He should say this **** to their faces or wait til he actually fights them otherwise he's pretty much a keyboard warrior.
