I see that Matt Hughers was officially inducted today to the hall of fame. I believe that brings the current list to

    Matt Hughes
    Charles "Mask" Lewis
    Chuck Liddell
    Marc Coleman
    Randy Couture
    Dan Severn
    Ken Shamrock
    Royce Gracie

Who from the current crop of fighters are locks, and which are right on the edge?

Why is Ken Shamrock in there?? :huh

I think GSP, Penn and Anderson Silva will all make it. Can't think of anyone else who has done enough.

There should be an MMA hall of fame for the great fighters who didn't fight in the UFC. Is there one?

Do you really think Franklin and Mir are bankers bro ? If they retire now I just dont if the resumes are quite good enough to guarantee a HOF spot. Franklin held the 185 title for awhile but his wins list hasnt really been great not bad at all but not great and Mir has been very inconsistent. I think Tito is a guarantee. Not saying Mir or Franklin wont or should but just wondering if you really think they are bankers as you say.

I think so yes , Mir and Franklin were fighters ahead of there time , both champions (in Mir's case twice) , (and Franklins case a dominant 1) , and both have been there since the explosion into mainstream and a little bit before when talking about Mir .

On acheivements alone these 2 make it , the only concern i have with Tito is whether Dana will be grudge him the induction or not , at this stage id say thats more likely than unlikely but you never know , i think Tito makes it actually your right bro ....................

He was the first UFC Superfight champ, which later became the HW title when weight categories were introduced. Despite how **** he was post WWF, he was one of the best fighters going beforehand.

Yeah Jens should be a guarantee IMO. For the next couple of years we all may remember him getting smashed 7 out of 8 fights in the UFC/WEC but the more we get away from that people will remember or come across what he did at the start of 155. This guy was the 155 pound weight class you had this little guy who hit like a truck and really brought interest to that divison because of that go see the John Lewis fight :yep The 1st Champion but not just a Champion he was legit Champ he defended that title successfully proving he was worthy. When he beat Caol Uno that was a time when Uno was tearing it up in Japan, defeated Dennis Hallman coming 2 wins over Matt Hughes at 170 and of course the great BJ Penn. Jens is a true pioneer and id like to see him get the next induction :good
