    williams was one helluva fighter shame he was put in with klitschko its been a downward spiral since that brutal night.

    other than that he had a super career:good

    Well as i started the thread and have been impressed by the majority of the sensible response's, despite losing in his fairwell bout i would just like to say -

    THANKS FOR EVERYTHING DANNY WILLIAMS!

    you had talent
    and heart
    you had some great wins
    and some shameful losses
    most of all you thrilled us
    with your amazing weight disparity
    and ability to make every fight difficult
    apart from the few easy ones that
    made you look like a world class fighter

    I believe that was a fair review
    for a talented but flawed fighter no mas
    great talent no doubt
    but very susceptable

    He has been a decent fighter to watch over the years.He should have retired some time ago.The showing at prizefighter really proved that.It was pretty obvious he would lose to Chisora as well.I wish Danny all the best and just hope he stays retired now.

    Fat, inconsistent, loads of heart and the journey was fun while it lasted. Never had any genuine intention of fufilling his ability. Came in good shape maybe once or twice.
