Groves could win this. 3 round format would be **** easy for him plus he could out talent these guys before they can even get going. This would be great exposure for Groves. He could also get a name like Quigley on his record immediately.

Paul Smith would definitely fight him after he got this exposure.

I agree about Groves. He has bags of talent, great punch and good ams usually do quite well in this.

    I don't think groves
    team will touch it
too easy to pick up a cut
    or an injury
    thought Quigley was
    fighting anderson
    surely anderson should be in
    too then?

Seriously why do people want Groves in this it isn't made for bonafide top prospects it's way to high risk for what a decent pay day if you win and a few half names on the resumee.

So what if he got cut? He can get cut in any fight and the level of opponent he will hopefully be fighting from now on will be good tests and should prove likely to injure him too.

Groves can win thios and do his career great in the process.

Not entering makes no sense unless he has a big fight on a top American undercard that directly clashes...the Commonwealth defences will only be against the likes of Dilks, Dodson and Anderson so meet em and beat em here then face the rest before going to Euro level.

    Why is it high risk?

Because in Prizefighter guys actually try and win a fight instead of trying to just last the distance?

    True
    I doubt they'll think the
    same as you mate
    would be good though
    however sometimes 3
    rounds isn't enough

they need an Irish fighter, as that has always been a successful part of their formula. maybe Joe Rea again or Anthony Fitzgerald. Jim Rock would be fun.

Federenko will definitely be a surprise package, has good boxing ability and has KO power in both hands.

Is used to fighting much bigger guys so a step up to Super Middleweight should go in his favour as well.

    Why is it high risk?

-A tough 3 rounder against someone that is 'up for it' rather than a 4 rounder against someone who doesn't want to be there/doesn't try to engage? Much better IMO.

-A loss in Prizefighter (or anywhere for that matter) doesn't meant too much.

-If Groves is as good as he seems to be, where is the risk?

Okay, he might get cut or whatnot, but the exposure is there, a couple more notches on the resume, and a potential few grand.

I agree it won't happen, but it's not a bad idea IMO.
