We don't really know what the terms and conditions were for the fight, and what the exact reasons were for it not going through. However I have heard that Haye wants to take time out with his family. Not sure how legit this excuse is, but if it is true, then it's pretty lame to be honest. After all the talk and promising he's done, it really is embarrassing the amount of times he's failed to make this fight happen now. What is this now, the 3rd/4th time it's fell through?

Haye has just had another baby.

Both camps have stated they are still in negotiations. Its common knowledge Hayes previous deal has a 3 fight option on him, Booth has given the impression nothing has changed on that front.

If Wlad really wants the fight, when hes calling out Haye he should tell him "I will offer you the fight with no options" as he knows that what Haye has said stopped him fighting Vitali.

If Haye says know to that then he is ducking.

Boy a Champion putting an option on a voluntary defense, how dare him???:patsch

They all do that in case the challenger gets lucky...(Lewis/ Rahman):good

    He is ducking.:deal

So Andre Ward not being prepared to come to Europe in the super 6 is................smart business. I would never slate him for doing that. Same as Haye making £5mil from fighting Valuev instead of £500k from fighting Vitali with 3 options.

Also Haye is not a challenger. The fight is a unification. and if Wladamir wants the fight so bad, he will offer no options.

wlad made 12 million by fighting chambers...
i'm a haye hater, but only because of his fans, his skills are allright.
if there is something officianal about the negotiations, for example haye backs out, after the klitschkos offering him a 50/50 split...
then he is a chump. he is not a loser, but he is a business man. he wants to make money and to live good after his boxing carreer. so if he doesn't face the K bros, it's understandbale in the business point of view, because i don't think he can beat one of the K bros.
but i won't hate. he talekd trash makes money and it's okay. if he fight the Ks it would be great

Its a wacky, crazy, zany old opinion. I admire you for coming out with it.

But it is, of course, factually wrong which even a quick Google search can prove.

Haye has run his mouth saying how easily he will beat them. He needs to take whatever they offer him and go and beat them. Then the ball is in his court and he can call all the shots and make all the money.

You mean a rematch clause? Whats wrong with that? Most ring magazine champion mostly put a rematch clause to the contract if he's the favorite to win. If Haye was the favorite and was the ring magazine champion then i bet ya he would done the same. If Haye wants to fight Wlad as he said for years then accept the 50/50split and fight Wlad. If Haye doesn't and choose to fight Harrison then Haye is indeed a big time coward.

did you listen to on the ropes?

chris byrd spoke about the klit contracts, the terms are you get 20%, if you win you must have a rematch and if you win that you must fight another klit and then they still have a few more options on your next fights.
