He would have got a lot more respect if he fought Prescott. The fight would have also done better numbers.
Whiners need to realize Khan could very well sit out the Summer and take on Maidana or JMM in the Fall, but he's having a "lower caliber" fight at home AND will take on one of those two on schedule. And the "lower caliber" opponent is a HOF-er who has never been beaten convincingly (fight was dead even when Marquez knocked him out), so to hell with the haters. They will whine when Khan steps into the ring vs. the same Maidana and JMM they all chose to spark Amir out just a year ago, and they will eat **** when those threads will be bumped.
Go **** off you disgrace. Support only Khan? You ****ing idiot I support so many other fighters along with the sport as a whole. As you're aware? Seriously **** off, you don't know **** about me.
See, we've had this line off Darni for a year, and the other Khan boys. We had it after Salita, we're having it now, and we will have it again after the joke fight vs Joel. But you don't criticize, you just repeat the same line after every fraudulent fight. When will you see the light and realize Khan is a cherrypicking fraud? Oh that's right, never, because he's a British Muslim like yourself and can do absolutely no wrong. I think you are the racist here my friend.
The fact that you keep on bringing up that he's a British Muslim and I am just goes to show you're the one bringing race in so you're the ****ing joke. People like you are a disgrace to the sport. If you want to keep bringing that up then **** off, I'm here to talk about Boxing.
Hilarious given the fact you think anyone who criticises Khan a bigot. And he is an idiot who talks ****, his twitter comments show him to be. It's not hate, it's a fact, the guy is clearly a moron. I don't need to look through your posts because you pulled it on me. And if you look through my posts, particularly ones from the lounge, I oppose anyone who holds bigoted views, be they based in religion, race, nationality, sexual orientation, whatever. So there is proof right there of playing that bull**** excuse. Maybe you just can't handle the fact that Khan is a bit of a twat and pull that "personal hate" tripe as a defense mechanism. With regards to cherry picking, Katsidis was the fight he should have taken, everyone knows it. Even avenging his loss to Prescott would have been more relevant than an old man who is desperate for a pay day. Stop burying your head in the sand.
You guys are slating a world-level fighter who's actually managing to take 2 fights in the summer? C'mon now.. Be pissed if he doesn't take an AAA fighter next, but not at this.
First off, who said I was aiming the 'Personal hate' at you in the first place? If you saw the many old threads on Khan you'd know what I was talking about. And actually I've admitted he's acted childish before but who the **** are you to judge, the guy is what he is. It's not like he screwed you over, did he? So why do you care? I have no interest in race bringing up on these forums and only like to talk about boxing. And if you did your research, you'd know Katsidis didn't want the fight and became the Mandatory for JMM-Juan Diaz fight. I don't know about the Prescott fight - I think he should have done that aswell.
No point in talking about it to you since I explained a whole post to you and you still had no reply and you're still going around on threads saying the same old so I'll leave you be and let you say what you want. :hi:
Maybe you have a point Bigbone. But are you telling me that this is the fight you wanted to see Khan take. Especially after hearing ALL the **** he's has been talking about him being the biggest draw in the division and trying to dictate who should fight who in a "hypothetical" 4-Man 140lbs Tourney. You would think that an arrogant SOB like Khan would take on the guy who KO'd hum just to show that **** was a fluke, or another hot young prospect in Mike Alvarado (although there me be some issues of Alvarado making 140lbs) or if he' gonna take on a lightweight, why not Humberto Soto, Anthony Peterson. Oh well.
