that or perhaps he wanted to finally reap the rewards of his hard work in fighting the winner of diaz/marquez.

Yes true, but he would have also had a shot at Khan's title.

Are Khan's team really that scared of his chin not being up to the task? Casa at this stage of both Khan's and Casa's careers is a joke. I mean if this fight was a year ago or so then it would have been ok, but going on to win a title a defending it fairly well you would have thought Khan would have wanted to avenge his only defeat if he was looking for a warm up?

Calm down.....It is a stay Busy Fight!!!
Khan would have fought twice, before Alexander and Bradley and they fougth before him, not too bad keeping busy. He will fight Maidaina in the fall anyway

    Paulie+Casamyor>Urango+Kotelnik>Peterson+Abregu

Give the kid a break enough with bull**** and hating

i too would love to see that....it would be back to the drawing board for amir. the rest of his career would be against people with 0 pop. Talking like 5% KO ratio or less.

Another Barrera type farce. Casamayour is 39, shot, and too small. If he wanted a long break then why not just wait til november then take on a credible opponant for a change??

Khan is a joke thats all there is too it

Since the great Zab Judah is taking a smaller fighter instead of Timoth Bradley's offer a while back. Its kinda funny...Timmy went up to fight a Welterweight and Zab is fighting Jose Armando Santa Cruz (a solid lightweight).

Howabout, if Khan nd Judah win, the NY native nd da talented Amir go at it???

His resume is already close to as good as Calzaghe's so I'm not going to be too critical.

Zab won't have fought for like 7 months, and his fight previous to that one was a year (almost to the day) before that. He's not gonna jump back in right away.
