The Las Vegas superfight formula is a tired one. Holding the fight at the Cowboys stadium would be more inspiring, but there are too many myopic agendas involved for it to ever happen.

A fight in Dallas wouldn't be good for a number of reasons. I live in Texas and have been to Dallas countless of times and Dallas is far too spread out to host an event like that when compared to Vegas. The fight would be much better in Vegas where everything is on one street not to mention the casino money. In Dallas hell the fight wouldn't even be in Dallas it actually would be in Arlington where Cowboy Stadium is which is like 20 miles from Dallas. There's nothing to do in Arlington except go to Six Flags. If you want to party you have to go to downtown Dallas, Addison or Plano area all of which are a good distance from Arlington.

 

It just seems a shame to only have 12000 people at an event of this magnitude when there could be 70000. Bring it to London and put it on in Wembley, plenty to do in London.
