:good, it's not worth any applaud when the 2nd best prize fighter in the world, formerly the ACTING p4p king, chooses to take it to court like a female in a divorce when a physical fight is possible.

The pacturds thinking this kind of **** is cool shows what kind of generation we live in.

Schaefer, Oscar DLH, and the rest of the joyboys don't even seem to be taking this case very seriously. Word is that they wrote emmanuel's head has become larger throughout the years.

Combine emmanuel's watermelon sized head suffering exponential growth with $'s incredibly accurate power punches, and $ has a very large and even easier target to land on.

And it's ok to defame someone and not take any consequences?

It's anyone's fault your hero is misinformed with his uneducated and ignorant ideas on drawing blood, and that it prevents him from stepping into the ring with young $ May.

Stepping in the ring against young $ May:
    1) He goes through random blood testing which will be enough to satisfy most people about how clean he is

    2) He enhances his own legacy just by showing up in the squared circle against the greatest talent of our era

    3) He has a slim opportunity to inflict some consequences on young $ May through attempts of physical punishment as he's on his way to losing the fight

    4) He has the biggest payday of his life

He's suing for $, but it takes longer and makes less than showing up and losing against young $ May. He might not even win his trial, but a fight is a sure bet in getting a return.

I really don't feel like giving a law lesson but there is absolutely no way Manny wins this case. Even if Manny could prove everything that a normal person would have to (I don't think he could prove damages) as a public figure he has to prove that these people acted with actual malice. He may think that but that doesn't make it so. This is why celebrities don't sue for over this type of stuff, the odds of winning are minimal and it just attracts attention to the statements.

If the money's so important why didn't Floyd just drop the demands? Why did he give up the biggest payday of his life for a blood test?

Yes, but factor in that he's a grown man who believes he needs over a week to recover from drawing blood, and his actions will make moar sense when put into proper perspective.

Or he believes it wouldn't be right to not try and punish people he believes purposely tried to ruin his reputation?

I just said why celebrities typically don't do it. Obviously everyone is different. It's probably more that he's trying to do something than the actual result. But that's just speculation.
