Could Khan not find anyone else, other than a shot Casamayor?

Khan is trying to make a fan base for himself in America, while doing so he really wants to becareful who he picks while climbing the latter. He already has a lost on his record, he don't need another as soon as he comes over to the united states. Casamayor is a good test for him, he's a vet of the sport and once upon a time he was good at what he does.

 

but if they put him in with bradley or alexander now, and he gets beat, it seriously dents his popularity in the US. First impressions are everything as they say so i dont think GBP would want to test him too much yet. its like you say, hes only 23. the more people he beats like berrera, casamayor, kotelnik and malignaggi, the more people are gonna wanna see him fight the bigger boys. its all about carefully building an interest in khan.

It is a stay busy fight, although I am a bit pissed its Casamayor who's been shot to pieces lately. Either way, Casa is a southpaw, I guess its a training camp to sharpen him up with southpaws. Should be useful, Devon Alexander is one, and he may have to fight him one day.

 

This is somewhat surprising for a beltholder, but appears to be a "stay busy" fight. Khan will increase his recognition by fighting a name opponent, but seemingly a safe opponent. This will lead to bigger paydays in the near future. It's always the money leading the way.

 

Didn't you guys get the memo, Khan is a legend killer now, next up after old man Casa is going to be Morales, then a come out of retirement fight with Castillo, and to wrap it all up a fight with the other legend Killer Alfonso Gomez.

 

Are you stupid? Alexander has been trying to get a big fight next ever since he tko Urango. He and his manager has been calling out Bradley, Maidana, Khan but none of those 3 wanted to fight him. Khan and Bradley make excuses cause they want to create a mega fight instead of right now. I wish Khan and Bradley was like Kostya and a prime Judah cause both Kostya and Judah didn't wait for a big mega fight to fight each other for the unify championship. <<<Both went ahead and go for it.

 

Alexander can call out King Kong for all I care but until the fight(s) are officially made then don't talk. Talk is talk.

Khan wanted the tourney. Bradley is the one who didn't. Do your research.

Wtf? Don't talk until the fight is officially made? And Beside it's Cunningham (Alexander trainer & ,Manager) wants either Bradley, Maidana, Khan next in which that's what Alexander wants as well but Cunningham is doing most of the talking cause he's a manager that is trying very hard to make the fight happen for Alexander.


Funny Khan wants a tourney but yet he wants to fight the weakest link in Maidana. I say weakest Link cause Maidana is not better then Bradley and Alexander.

 

now would be a good time for Khan to rematch Prescott. I say he takes him easy in the rematch and he won't be scolded for taking the fight like he's being scolded for fighting a shot Casamayor....not to mention Prescott would be a good tune up for Maidana due to their similar style and a fight that Khan would still win (bearing he doesn't get caught by a lucky punch again)

 

I wouldn't mind seeing that piece of **** khan agaisnt joan guzman maybe to much before a big fight

or get junior witter and smash that arsehole up and do boxing a favour

 

More fraud from a TYPICAL British fighter. The exact same gameplan that nazeem used: fight ONLY people from lighter divisions, making them move up in weight to fight you......OR...fight only washed up fighters who still have name recognition, so the casual fan will think you've beaten "somebody".

Remember what happened the very first time that little sh*t nazeem got in the ring with a fighter in his prime who was also his size? Blam, end of nazeem's career.
