Its disrespectful to Chuck Liddell a guy whos gave MMA fans great memory after great memory and has been classy the entire time. I know you didnt make the video so ill aplogize for going alittle overboard. Forgot about him yeah hes an just incredible shape. Im not sure its went up since his move to 175 but I remember he had a 30 inch waist as a Middleweight which is damn impressive. I find that just amazing because I am currently 150 pounds at 6 feet tall and 10 percent body fat but I actually have a 32 inch waist. That old man puts my ass to shame. Ive also heard he hasnt had any alcohol in over 25 years. Even when he retired briefly inbetween the Taylor and Tarver fights id hear about him getting up at 5 am and running nearly everyday. I enjoyed reading him talk about running the beaches at that time and seeing people making babies in the sand but not paying to much attention to it. I cant stand Hopkins the person but you gotta admire his dedication.
