    Locche: when doing sports, be careful.
    Do it well. Don't have any bad habits (such as smoking)
    Sleep early, Don't drink Alcohol or drugs.

    Keep away from all that stuff and dedicate yourself to the sport.

    That's great advice..of course the old master himself actually smoked between rounds in many of his fights in Argentina before he became champion, haha...unless you're gifted, don't copy ol' El Intocable!!
