We're unanimous. Jhonson is not acting main-event-worthy. Solomon has stolen the show so far.

No not really, I expected more from Jhonson and really don't like Soloman's style.

Jhonson is dominating this guy!! VIVA CUBA!!!

    Better?

    Round 6

Jhonson firing a couple at a time now. Ramos grabbing and clinching, and Jhonson letting him. Ramos still trying to time Jhonson but the attempts are pathetic. So is Jhonson's lack of desire or of even a glimmer of thinking about putting Ramos out of his misery.

If you took a guy who's only a casual fan and showed them clips of the two fights.. they'd say Solomon is the best fighter in the ring tonight.

They might not be wrong. I'm always a bit skeptical of amateur heroes now (especially Cubans), ever since JC Gomez and more recently Solis. The pro game is a different animal.

    Round 7

Jhonson jabs and moves. This tactic is really unnecessary at this point. Ramos taps lightly on the body of Jhonson but doesn't discourage him. Jhonson still doesn't get busy. A lot of grappling. Jhonson lands a short uppercut that has Ramos running, Jhonson finally pouring it on, and Ramos covers up on the ropes. Ramos, to his credit, begins swiping at the sides of Jhonson with both gloves. Jhonson throws one single power punch in the last twenty seconds, landing the left. Jhonson is a HORRIBLE finisher.

    70-63 Jhonson

I own a construction company but when I watch boxing, I do tend to analyze the fighters styles. Maybe its all the betting I do on the sport. I have no horse in these fights. Could careless who wins. Would have bet Jhonson but at -2000 didn't seem to make sense.

As teddy said Ridondeaux could be something special. His body work is devastating. He was supposed to be on this card.

To me, Jhonson's coordination is not good at all.

This is sad to watch. To say Ramos is throwing arm punches would be an insult to arm punches. He literally couldn't crack an egg with these love-taps. Jhonson finally gets the TKO with a couple of hard right hands that snap back the head of Ramos.

Of all the times to stop it? There? Really? Shouldn't stopped it last round when he was really hurt.

I guess that was the only way Jhonson was gonna stop him anyhow.

Ramos has a pretty poor chin, and Jhonson really couldn't crack him.. not a great sign.

Huge respect to Ramos. kept trying to win, showed a lot of heart. His corner should have done their job and protected their fighter.
