I like when HBo has an actual fighters point of view,Big George wasnt that bad at all i actually enjoyed his point of view and listening him every once in a while zing larry. But in all honesty i think RJJ is a little better...But to me either one would be a good fit,i like larry and Lampley now they just need the pro along side to help them out a little.

How about signing up either Iran Barkley or James Toney as the colorful 3rd man behind the mic????

It don't matter who us boxing fans like. We'll watch anyway. They will pick someone who will appeal to the casual fans and the viewers they want to draw in.
Thats why George was so good. People like him.

Hagler was NOT a great speaker, but, he did take acting lessons later in life......... I am curious as to WTF is Hagler doing these nights......... What if HBO called and signed Hagler to call the action as the 3rd man on HBO?

    2.Leonard
    3.Foreman

Shannon Briggs would also do a good job.

I don't recall ever hearing Roy commentating. Can someone give me a fight on which he was?

EDIT: Nevermind, I'll just wait for tonight's fight rather than watch Hopkins-Taylor II again.
