can you imagine that a single close round scored one way or the other could end up making a 10million dollar difference for each fighter?

 

Can not do that. Winning on points is the same merit as winning by KO.

too much controversy involved. Just negotiate a fixed purse in advance and then focus on the fight.

 

I think if some special ops team were to say, kidnap Buboy and Ellerbe and threaten to make them fight to the death this **** might get resolved within minutes.

 

the ref has nothing to do with the purse split. he just referees the bout as he normally would.

 

yea but if a fighter is getting beat up in the 12th, and there's 20 seconds left in the round. We're talking 20% of the purse which could represent up to 20 million dollars here.

50-50 it should be. if mayweather wants a bigger purse then 45-55 it is but beyond that, i dont think pac would accept. just my opinion though.
