Who gives a damn where they fight I just wish it would be shown on tv here in the states. Not the ppv deal either that was offered for Vitali's last fight. HBO has been pssing me off about that lately they will show two contenders fighting, but when the heavyweight champion of the world fights they don't show it.

they Klitschko's make the Heavy Weight division worse by being a level better then the rest , so it seems that the heavy weight division is at an al time low. This is a well know fact.

    ps Klitschko era lives

    1. I think you mean David Haye, 92% of his fights are at home. He has a whopping 2 fights outside the UK. He and his fans talk like going to Germany or France is like going to Japan or Australia. Klitschko's combined have 78% of fights at "home".

    2. Doesn't Haye do this, hiding in the UK? Why fight Klitschko who is higher risk when they can fight Fraudley Harrison for 90% and still draw......err, con the British public.

    3. Yeah it's the Klitschkos fault that American fighters are ****, give me a break. If they would stay out of the fast-food chains, train more and run their mouth less and actually come to the ring trying to take the title instead of a paycheck, they would get the recognition and titles they deserve.

If the Klits were gone, we would be stuck with David Haye and Alexander Povetkin faking injuries to dodge each other.

German tv audiences for Klitschko fights are much bigger than anything Mayweather has ever seen and they seem to earn plenty of money...

their styles are really dull, but so effective and people dont want to watch one sided fights everytime.

It's the lack of competition that makes the division worse, not the Kliitschkos.

i stand corrected but they could try making fights more exciting by not just using jab jab jab

But isn't it upto the opposition to step up and do something about it?
Their syle might not be everyones cup of tea but you can't blame them for sticking with what works.

yes but i remember wlad appoligizing after fighting ibragimov when the crowd booed like mad after a dull fight. so he knows he is a big part in the boring fights and could do more to up the tempo..

I am not saying by them being better is bad im not even blaming the Klitschko's im stating the way thats things have manouvered themselves in the division. Just becaus ethe fight outside of Germany doesnt mean that the market becomes global the market is still mainly Germany and Eastern Europe.

Now fair enough the division isnt deep in talent but the Klitschkos are failing to put on a spectacle they have become to comfortable with the status quo they no longer try and capture the American/ global audience because they dont feel they need to.
