Selcuk Aydin vs Jo Jo Dan round by round

its a close fight. Rounds are close.

 

round 7 starts with a clinch. JJD jabs a little and forces Aydin back but landing most on his arms. Aydin lunges in Darchinyan style and lands an elbow. JJV takes the cetner of the ring and throws a nice combination but partially blocked except the body shots. Now JJD is in control. using his jab. Aydin is sloppy as hell. Doesn't throw any straight punches. He lunges in with an overhand right and catchs JJD who takes it well. 1:30 left. jabbing in the center. Aydin lunges in with another right but misses. JJD lands a left cross. now a straight left to the body. now they exchange punches and JJD gets the best of it, landing 2 right hooks. JJD back to jabbing. Aydin just earmuffing. Uses his elbow on the inside. JJD with another right hook. Aydin lunges in, holds JJD's head down, and lands an uppercut. The bell rings.

JJD round.

 

round 8

JJD comes out with a right hook and a straight left to the body. Now jabbing and snaps AYdin's head. more jabbing. Aydin on the defensive. Lunges in with a big right hand that lands nicely. Best punch yet. JJD back to work a few seconds latter. Jabbing. AYdin lunges in with a right that misses. JJD jabbing again. Aydin lunges and misses again. JJD lands a big left to the body. Aydin lunges and misses again. Straight right every time. Like DArchinyan with the left. again. JJD jabbing now. Aydin is just lunging in like an idiot over and over again but he is awkward enough that JJD cannot counter it. JJD not much of a counterpuncher. He likes to work behind a jab. Aydin likes to make it sloppy. They clinch and Aydin jams his elbows into JJD's chest. At the end of the round they exchange power shots and Aydin gets the best of it.

round 9

Aydin ducks under a jab and lands a big right hand, bordreline. Gets a wrning. JJD starts working his jab and left hand, moving around the ring. Aydin lunges in but misses. Its like a poor man's Bute against a poor man's orthodox version of Darchinyan.

JJD working his jab and misses a straight right. Clinch. JJD 11-2 to the body land. more punches blocked. Aydin lunges in and lands behind the head. JJD lands a nice right hook. 1 min left. they exchange punches and Aydin likes a nice right cross. Now JJD is back to boxing in the center of the ring. taking control. Aydin goes wild but nothing lands. JJD hits Aydin's guard a little bit. Aydin lunges in and hits JJD with a right.

close. could go either way.

JJD is mostly controlling the fight but not very accurate nor powerful. Aydin is sloppy but landing big shots here and there.
