It wound up being academic, but how would you guys typically handle such a situation?

Cunningham was up 3-0 heading into the fourth.

If it had gone to the cards Cunningham would have won a UD.

Yeah clearly you could see the illegal punch from the camera looking down on the fight.... I'm sure boxing will take that into account and hire 30 foot tall referees...

2 U.S. judges, and a Canadian judge....just an FYI if it goes to the scorecards.

    Here we go!

    Round 1

Karmazin pushes a jab, then a hook. Now a triple hook. Sylvester just absorbing, and waiting. Double hook high-low from Karmazin. Sylvester begins to pop a jab. Karmazin jabs at his chest, Sylvester tries to counter jab to the forehead but shoots too high and misses. Karmazin jabbing, taking a step back, jabbing back in and looking for a spot to land with power. Sylvester just stands his ground behind his guard, relaxed - occasional jab. Karmazin being the general. More body jabs from Karmazin. Sylvester pawing with the left. Karmazin pushes his right jab out. Neither of them are using the jab as much other than a theoretical deterrent. 1-2 from Karmazin.

Slight edge to Roman in a slow opener, 10-9

I've come across this before. Here goes:

If fighter A scores a knockdown on fighter B but fighter B clearly wins the rest of the round it is a 10-9 round in favour of A instead of the usual 10-8.

In this case Platov would have won the round 10-9. I think it was round 4 of Pac/Cotto where the same thing happened. Cotto was winning the round before pac put him down late on.
