I don't agree with everything Darryl types, but you and others misreading him here. He obviously called Chazz Witherspoon a hype-job. He's calling Maidana, Arreola, and Quintana products of beating hypejobs.

The Jameel McCline / Michael Grant bout jumps to my mind as a great example. Imo Grant was very over hyped and this happened after Grant's loss to Lewis. Opening punch and Jameel wins the lotto.

This thread is about fighters who BURST onto the Scene/Mainstream by BEATING A HYPEJOB...And the fact that you can't even COMPREHEND the thread, tells me and everyone else that you SHALL NEVER be considered a credible poster.

All you wanted to do is throw UNFOUNDED ACCUSATIONS instead of adding anything of substance to the forum.:-(

thats bull**** about maidana (although i agree he is hype)

gbp didn't go looking for him

ortiz was set to fight kotelnik but warren offered more money to fight khan so gbp had no choice but to take the next in ranking of the wbo so ortiz could fight the winner of khan vs kotelnik.

A nice positive thread where a load of fat keyboard warriors get to denigrate fighters. Great!
